At Babeboous, we want you to be completely satisfied with your baby and children's clothing purchase. We understand that sometimes sizing or product issues may occur, which is why we offer a clear and fair exchange policy designed to protect both our customers and our business.
14-Day Exchange Period
We accept product exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies to unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached.
Important: We do not accept returns based on personal preference such as "I don't like it" or "It's not what I expected." Exchanges are only available for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Size-related issues (too small or too large)
Size Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit for baby and children's clothing can be challenging. If the item you ordered is too small or too large, we're happy to exchange it for a different size.
Size Chart: Please refer to our detailed size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit. We provide accurate measurements for all age groups (0-12 months, 1-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-8 years).
Size Exchange Shipping: For size-related exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement size to you.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no cost to you.
Our Responsibility: For defective or damaged products, Babeboous will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. We stand behind the quality of our organic baby clothing and children's apparel.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the defective item so we can process your exchange quickly.
Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Worn, washed, or used clothing
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (if applicable)
These restrictions help us maintain the highest quality standards for all our customers and ensure that every item we sell is brand new and in perfect condition.
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us First
Before sending any items back, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email. This allows us to:
- Verify your order details
- Confirm eligibility for exchange
- Provide you with exchange instructions
- Process your request faster
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Once approved, carefully package the item with all original tags attached. Include your order number in the package.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Step 4: Receive Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your replacement product immediately. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days after receipt.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges depend on the reason:
- Defective/Damaged Products: Babeboous covers all shipping costs (both return and replacement)
- Wrong Item Sent: Babeboous covers all shipping costs
- Size Exchange: Customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping
Exchange Processing Time
Our exchange process timeline:
- Return Shipping: 3-7 days (depending on your location)
- Inspection & Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive the item
- Replacement Shipping: 3-5 business days processing + delivery time
Total exchange time is typically 10-15 business days from when you ship the item back to us.
No Cash Refunds
Important Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are processed as product exchanges only. This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing and continue offering high-quality organic baby clothing at affordable prices.
International Exchanges (Europe)
For customers in European countries outside Bulgaria, the same exchange policy applies. Please note that return shipping times may be longer, and customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with the return shipment (for size exchanges).
